Transformation
IEC’s transformation system includes 10 switching stations and 191 substations of different types: switching stations, indoor substations, SF6 outdoor substations and temporary substations with integrated systems made by several manufacturers with a number of technologies and configurations. IEC’s substation division designs all switching and substations as well as improving and expanding existing stations. This division specializes in customized design, from initial concept to project completion.

Transmission
IEC transmission systems consists of 740 km of 400 kV ultra-high power lines and 4,486 km of additional high-voltage lines, planned, designed, and constructed by IEC.
